Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in being fair and transparent. This policy explains exactly what happens when you cancel your SuvidhaOne subscription and when refunds are applicable.

1. Free Trial

5-Day Free Trial — No Charges

  • Your trial period is 5 days from the date of registration
  • No payment is required during the trial — no credit card needed
  • If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account is paused automatically
  • No charges are raised for trial accounts under any circumstances
  • Your data is retained for 60 days after trial expiry in case you wish to subscribe later

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your SuvidhaOne subscription at any time. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

3. Refund Policy

Our subscriptions are monthly and non-refundable in most cases, as described below:

When we DO offer a refund

  • Technical failure on our end: If a payment was charged but your account was not activated due to a technical error on our platform, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full
  • Service unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours: If our platform is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a billing cycle due to issues on our end, a proportional refund may be issued

When we do NOT offer a refund

  • If you cancel mid-month — the remaining days of the billing cycle are not refunded
  • If you forgot to cancel before the renewal date
  • If you no longer need the service or found an alternative
  • If your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • For any trial period (which is free — no charges apply)

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3 above, follow these steps:

Provide your registered mobile number, business name, and a brief description of the issue

We will review your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

5. Payment Disputes

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly — we resolve all genuine issues promptly and fairly.
