2. Information We Collect

From business owners (subscribers):

Name, mobile number, email address during registration
Business name, type, address, and operating details
PIN credentials (stored as hashed values — never in plain text)
Payment and subscription information (processed via Razorpay)
UPI IDs and QR images uploaded for billing features

From end customers (patients, diners, students, etc.):

Name and mobile number for bookings and appointments
Appointment history and visit records
Order details and feedback ratings

Automatically collected:

Browser type, device type, and IP address
Pages visited and time spent on the platform
Error logs via Sentry for bug fixing
Anonymous usage analytics via PostHog

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your business account
To provide appointment booking, billing, and management features
To send subscription reminders and service updates via WhatsApp or SMS
To process payments through our payment partners
To improve the platform using anonymised analytics
To provide customer support when you contact us
To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security (RLS). This means each business account can only access its own data — no cross-contamination between businesses.

All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
PINs are hashed before storage using industry-standard algorithms
Database access is restricted to authenticated users only
Regular backups are maintained by our infrastructure provider

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
Razorpay — payment processing (subject to their privacy policy)
Sentry — error tracking for platform stability
PostHog — anonymous product analytics

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority in India.

6. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription
If your account is paused or cancelled, data is retained for 60 days before deletion, allowing reactivation
After 60 days of non-renewal, all business data is permanently deleted
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for data processing
Lodge a complaint with relevant Indian data protection authorities
